LOGGING IN

Utilize single sign-on to log in.  Go to id.todayapppro.com, then select "Continue with State Farm" and you should be able to log in without your username and password.

CLOCKING IN/OUT

Click the Clock In button to clock in, and Clock Out to clock out.

LOGGING ACTIVITIES

You can easily log activities like Set Appointments, Referrals Received, and Online Reviews by clicking on the quick action button towards the top of your dashboard and typing in the customer name if asked.

LOGGING QUOTES/SALES (IF INTEGRATED WITH ECRM)

You will need to create an opportunity in ECRM for each policy quoted or sold.  When you move the opportunity to the quoting stage with a quote-provided status, it will import into TodayApp as a quote.  When you move the opportunity to the app submitted stage, it will import as a written policy.  To get credit for an issued policy, you will need to move the opportunity to the closed won stage.

Once you have updated the opportunity within the stages above, it should arrive in your TodayApp within 5 minutes.  You will see a red dot next to the ECRM icon on the navigation menu.  From there, you'll need to click on the ECRM icon in TodayApp, and then click the blue button to import the opportunity.  You will not get credit for the quote/sale until it is imported and shows up in Policy Finder.

LOGGING QUOTES/SALES (NOT INTEGRATED WITH ECRM)

The easiest way to log a quote or sale in TodayApp if you're not integrated with ECRM is to utilize the Manual Entry feature.  To do this, you'll need to click on the + towards the left-hand side of the screen.  From there, you will need to include the customer's name, marketing source, and the policy/premium for each product quoted or sold.  To log a policy as a quote instead of a sale, click the "Mark this product as a quote only" button.  Once you save the quote/sale, you will be able to see it in Policy Finder and in reports.

USING THE SCRIPTS

The scripts are housed within the Navigation Menu on the left-hand side of the screen.  To access a script, hover over the category (ex. Outbound Sales).  From there, select the script you want to use.  You will be able to click through the interactive scripts and see pivots and scripts to assist you in overcoming objections.

POLICY FINDER

This is where all quotes and sales are housed.  If a policy is in Policy Finder, it should be counted in reports and on your dashboard.  Please be mindful of the different search criteria in Policy Finder, especially the date range.  Once data is in Policy Finder, it is not deleted.

COMPENSATION

To see your current month-to-date commissions based on what has been issued during the current month, you can click on the $ in the bottom left-hand corner.
