The Dashboard is your home screen and the page you will see upon logging in.
If you are navigating TodayApp, you can quickly return to your Dashboard by selecting Dashboard on the main menu or by selecting the TodayApp logo in the top left corner.
The first component of the Dashboard is the Quick Actions. Quick Actions are the buttons in the middle of the screen that you will use to log important activities outside of policy/production data such as Calls, Pivots, Referrals, Appts Set etc.
These buttons allow you to quickly log actions without having to go into the scripts.
Note: The number of quotes, sales, or issued policies will be tracked by entering quote and sale opportunity data into the system and calculated automatically. Quick Actions are used to track activity outside actual production data.
Quick Actions are completely customizable and may change according to the agent’s specifications. The agent/Admin can make these changes or request help from Support.
All Quick Actions are available to all Users and, at this time, can not be displayed for specific users.
The second component of the Dashboard is the Dashboard Reports. These reports contain the categories and target goals that your agent wants you and your team to achieve. Reports are set to either a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and it is common to have a daily activity report as well as a month-to-date report.
Production goals that count products, apps, and premium will be calculated according to the production data that has been entered into the system either manually or via ECRM integration. Goals for activities such as Calls, Pivots, Reviews, Referrals etc. will be counted by selecting the corresponding buttons in the Scripts or the Quick Actions.
