NOTE: For team members to complete the steps below, they will need the role of Issuer assigned to their user profile. This can be done by the agent/Admin. The user will have to log out and then back in for the change to register. Without the Issuer role assigned, the user will see or be able to import Closed Won opportunities. 

If an account is utilizing the ECRM integration, updating policies to Issued in TodayApp starts in ECRM. 

Here are the steps you will be taking to Issue policies in TodayApp using the integration:

  1. Once a policy Issues in ECRM, update the opportunity to Closed Won. 
  2. This will send the Closed Won update to TodayApp’s ECRM Opportunities page, where you will click the blue button in the Import Status column to import the update into the Policy Finder. 
  3. Importing the update will change the policy’s stage from Written to Issued in TodayApp. 

Note: The Issue date in TodayApp will be the date that the opportunity was updated to Closed Won in ECRM, not the Close Date. If the Issue date needs to be changed, select the policy in Policy Finder, then select Update Policy where you will be able to change the stage, stage date, or premium.
