The menu on the side is the main tool for navigating around TodayApp. Here is a brief overview of the different sections of the program.

YOUR USER PROFILE

Selecting the avatar icon in the bottom left corner gives you the option to Log Out or go to your User Profile page. On your User Profile page, you are able to edit your username and change your password. 

CLOCKING IN/OUT

If your agent wants to use TodayApp to track your hours, use the button in the bottom left to clock-in and clock-out. Hours are tracked in the Time Card section. 

SCRIPTS

The scripts are a tool for team members to help guide them through the information gathering, quoting, and sales process. 

When making a call, you can click through the lines to assist you in talking with the customer, log the result of the call, pivot to other products, and view prompts to overcome objections.  

Each selected action is trackable. Scripts are completely customizable and new ones can be added at any point by the agent/Admin. 

DASHBOARD

The Dashboard is your home page where you can track progress on reports set up by the agent, open up reports to see the team’s progress, as well as log important activities via the Quick Actions at the top. Quick Actions are a way to log activities without having to go through the Scripts. 

DAILY ACTIVITY

This provides a snapshot showing a summary of the production recorded and actions taken throughout the day. 

COMPENSATION

Upon clicking the Compensation button, you will be taken to the Compensation Dashboard where you can view pay reports that have been run and released by the agent/Admin. 

Hovering over the Compensation button opens a window that also provides access to the Monthly Projections page, where you can view your live compensation month-to-date as well as run projections based on “what if” scenarios. This is done by entering phantom sales that show potential earnings. 

REPORTING

Clicking on Reporting will take you to the Reporting Dashboard where you can select Recently Updated Reports. 

Reports are powerful tools that enable progress tracking and goal setting for any production or activity category.

All Reports will take you to the list of all Reports made viewable to you. 

POLICY FINDER

The Policy Finder is where the opportunity data lies after being imported from ECRM or manually entered. Policy data can be sorted by the filters at the top and details can be edited. 

Production/goal tracking and the pay reports are calculated utilizing the data in the Policy Finder.

ACTIVITIES

This section shows you a log of all activity recorded in TodayApp. You can use the filters at the top to pull up the specifics of a particular activity, such as the household names of the Referrals you received. 

Activity entries cannot be edited but can be deleted in order to replace them. 

TIMECARD

The Time Card section keeps a log of your clock-in/out times and is where you can enter in PTO, Sick, and Holiday hours. If allowed by your agent, you can also edit past time entries. ECRM

Selecting ECRM will take you to the ECRM Opportunities page. This is the “holding-tank” for data coming from ECRM if the account is integrated. Production data on this page does not show on reports as it must first be imported by selecting the blue button in the Import Status column. 

LIVE COMPENSATION

Selecting the $ icon on the bottom left will show you your Live Compensation earned month-to-date based on the production and activities data in the system. You can also access the Monthly Projections page from here.
