Hovering over Reporting will give users several options, but the most commonly used are the Dashboard and All Reports.

(Simply clicking on Reporting will take you to the Reporting Dashboard)

The Reporting Dashboard will show a list of Recently Updated Reports, Favorited Reports, and access to the All Reports page. 

The All Reports page shows a list of reports made visible to the viewer and includes Dashboard Reports and non-Dashboard Reports (or just Reports). The icon of small black squares indicates a Dashboard Report, but there may also be some reports that were created to be occasionally viewed but not designated to show on a Dashboard/homepage.

Selecting a report opens it up to view a breakdown of the assigned users and their contribution to the goals. Reports can be Favorited for quicker access from the All Reports page by selecting the star icon in the top left corner.
