To begin, log in to your TodayApp account and select the ECRM button on the left-side navigation bar. 

Under “Please enter your ECRM agent code”, input your state and agency code using the format XX-XXXX. If you are a MOA, you will need to include both codes from your Legacy and MOA offices.

Note: If the Find My ECRM Account button does not appear to register after entering your code, click on the white space outside of the code and you should then be able to click on the blue Find my ECRM Account button. 

After this, you will be brought to our “Mapping” sections. Here you will map out three different parts of the system which make the importing process go as smoothly as possible.

MAPPING USERS

The first section you will need to map out is your team. You will see the team members linked to your ECRM account on the left and a list of your users within the TodayApp on the right. All you have to do is match the ECRM user with the correct TodayApp user profile. This ensures that the data coming from ECRM is assigned to the correct TodayApp user.

When you add users to the TodayApp in the future, you will be able to map their profile to ECRM within their profile. 

After selecting Save at the bottom of the page, you will be brought to the Product Mapping page. 

PRODUCT MAPPING

Product Mapping ensures that the product data coming from ECRM is designated to the correct item in TodayApp.

On the Product Mapping page, you will see the products available in ECRM on the left to be matched with the TodayApp equivalent on the right. Most of these rows will already be matched, but you can easily change what the selected product in ECRM will match to by clicking the TodayApp product (it will say Do Not Map if there is no default option) and selecting from the drop-down menu. 

If you would like to add a product to TodayApp for mapping purposes, you can easily do so by going to the side-menu, selecting Customization > Products > New Products > and filling out the form. Then when you go back to the Product Mapping page (hover over the ECRM button and select Product Mapping), you will be able to match an ECRM product to the one you just created.

You can always revisit the Product Mapping page by hovering over the ECRM button and selecting Product Mapping. You can make changes at any time and future opportunities coming from ECRM will be matched accordingly. 

When you have finished, click Save at the bottom.

SOURCE MAPPING

To complete the next step of the integration setup in your account, go to the side-menu and hover over the ECRM button and select Source Mapping.

Here is where you will determine how the Marketing Sources selected in ECRM will be designated in TodayApp. 

To map, identify the ECRM Marketing Source you would like to map in the left column, then match it to a Marketing Source in TodayApp by selecting the corresponding button in the right column (if already unmapped, it will say Do Not Map).

If you would like to add a marketing source to TodayApp for mapping purposes, you can easily do so by going to the side-menu, selecting Customization > Marketing > New Source > and filling out the form. Then when you go back to the Source Mapping page (hover over the ECRM button and select Source Mapping) you will be able to match an ECRM source to the one you just created.

You can always revisit the Source Mapping page by hovering over the ECRM button and selecting Source Mapping. You can make changes at any time and future opportunities coming from ECRM will be matched accordingly. 

When you have finished, click Save at the bottom.
