If you are having trouble getting into your account, first make sure you are logging in from the following URL:
id.todayapppro.com
Due to recent security updates, that link will provide the smoothest login process. Make sure that the bookmarks you save do not have any additional information.
For example, id.todayapppro.com/Accounts/Login may give an error, but id.todayapppro.com will work.
You can then try using the Reset Password button, but these are occasionally blocked by SF’s email security system.
If that happens, then the agent can reset your password in your TodayApp profile.
Please note:
- Passwords must have a minimum of 12 characters in order to properly reset
- Usernames are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as indicated in the user profile.
