SET UP
- New Agents/Users - The integration does not happen automatically as you must first opt-in in ECRM. Please view the article called Agent: Starting and Using Integration to get started.
- To check if you have already opted-in or to see if your opt-in has been completed, go to the side menu and select ECRM. If you see the “Please enter your ECRM agent code”, then the account is not yet set up. If you enter your agency code and receive an error message, then the opt-in process is not yet complete. Either try again shortly thereafter or contact us at support@todayapp.com for help.
USERS
- Unable to see your production data on your Dashboard report? Check to see if it is in the Policy Finder. If the product is in the Policy Finder but does not seem to be registering on the reports for the same date range and category, contact support@todayapp.com to get that product included.
- Unable to see your data in Policy Finder? The data must first be imported from the ECRM Opportunities page to be available in the Policy Finder. To import the data, simply select the blue button in the Import Status column to the right. Fill in any missing information if prompted to do so and then select Save and Import.
- Unable to see your data in the ECRM Opportunities page? Users need to have their TodayApp profile linked to ECRM in order to receive their data from ECRM. The agent/Admin can link a user’s profile to ECRM by going to the side menu> Administration > select a user’s profile > select the Assign ECRM User’s drop-down menu and select their email address > Save.
- Can’t see your Quotes in the ECRM Opportunities page? Quotes entered into ECRM require a Status of Quote Provided in order to be sent to TodayApp. This is the only stage that requires a particular Status.
- Can’t see Closed Won updates in the ECRM Opportunities page? In order to see Closed Won updates to opportunities, users must be assigned the role of Issuer. The agent/Admin can assign a user a role by going to the side menu> Administration > select a user’s profile > once opened, select Issuer at the bottom > Save. The user must then log out and then back in for the change to register.
- Import Status Explained
- Import This will appear when the marketing source, team member, and product all mapped correctly. Select to import.
- Split This will appear only with auto policies when there is more than 1 vehicle listed. Select Split and fill in the premium and product information for each policy, then Save & Import.
- Modify This status means that there is information missing from the opportunity or that does have an equivalent yet mapped in TodayApp. Select the status, fill in the missing information, then Save & Import.
- Update This data updates an existing opportunity in TodayApp to include the change (Name, Team Member, Premium, Product, or Marketing Source). Select to Import.
- Why do so many opportunities have a Modify Import Status? This indicates that either the Marketing Source or Product were not included in the opportunity in ECRM OR that the Product or Marketing Source isn’t mapped in TodayApp.
- To map the Marketing Source/Products, the agent needs to hover over ECRM in the TodayApp and select either Product Mapping or Marketing Source Mapping to ensure that there is less modification required.
- When entering data into ECRM, users should enter a Product and/or Marketing Source that has been mapped in TodayApp.
