The scripts are tools utilized to guide team members through the sales process while also tracking the results of calls. Users can select the name of the script they wish to use for quoting a particular product or to guide them through a certain situation (like taking a payment). 

Users simply hover over the Script Categories at the top of the side menu and select the script to open it. 

Clicking through the script will highlight lines/paragraphs making them easier to focus on, some of which may prompt the user to pivot. 

On the right side, users can log the result of the call under Actions, select prompts to overcome objections, or select from the list of pivots below for further scripts.

Logging an action and selecting Complete Call will log that a call has been made just as selecting a pivot will log that a pivot was made. Each action selected in TodayApp is recorded and can count towards a particular goal category (most commonly Calls and Pivots, but these can be adjusted further).

Scripts are completely customizable by the agent/Admin and any of the prompts, objections, pivots, or how actions are logged toward goal categories may change according to their specifications. 

All scripts are able to be edited by the agent and/or admin of the account.
